Welcome to the ResistanceCraft Webstore! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ResistanceCraft webstore (the “Store”) and your participation in our Minecraft server (“Server”). By making a purchase or participating in the Server, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. General Information

  • ResistanceCraft is a community Minecraft server not affiliated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or Minecraft.

  • All purchases made on this site are for virtual items, ranks, or benefits used in the ResistanceCraft Minecraft server.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Store. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. Purchases and Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • All sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks will be accepted except where required by law.

3. Virtual Goods

  • Purchases are digital and delivered in-game. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours.

  • Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged or sold outside of the game.

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove in-game items or ranks at any time.

4. Player Conduct

  • You must follow all ResistanceCraft rules while on the server.

  • Cheating, exploiting, or toxic behavior may result in temporary or permanent bans.

  • Any user found abusing store items or attempting to gain an unfair advantage may have their items revoked without refund.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not given unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Any attempt to issue a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from the Server and Store.

6. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your Minecraft and payment account secure.

  • ResistanceCraft is not liable for purchases made by someone else using your account.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

  • Continued use of the Store or Server after any changes means you accept the new Terms.

8. Disclaimer

  • The ResistanceCraft Server and Store are provided "as is" and "as available".

  • We do not guarantee uptime, bug-free gameplay, or uninterrupted access.

  • We are not responsible for data loss, game crashes, or any in-game issues resulting from third-party mods or Minecraft updates.

By using the Store or joining the Server, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
